I finally stopped overcomplicating my food truck menu and sales jumped
I was trying to offer 15 different tacos at my truck in Long Beach and it was killing my prep time and confusing customers. I cut it down to 5 core items and my daily sales went up by 30% in the first month. Has anyone else simplified their menu and seen better results?

My friend's burger joint did that too.

Ever notice how this happens with everything now? I mean, my grocery store used to have a whole wall of fancy olive oils and vinegars, now it's just a few basic ones and they sell way more. Feels like we all got tired of too many choices.

Oh man, same thing happened with my coffee cart! I had like twelve fancy syrup flavors and custom blends, it was a mess. Chopped it down to just regular, decaf, and three top selling flavors. Way less waste, faster service, and people actually bought more because they weren't stuck deciding forever.
