Spotted an awesome dahlia display at our county's fall festival

I was at the fall festival yesterday and saw this amazing dahlia setup by a local grower. They used shallow bowls with wet floral foam to keep the stems hydrated in the sun all day. It looked so fresh, and I'm thinking of trying it for my outdoor wedding jobs. Just wanted to share in case it helps anyone with their own displays.

Gonna try that for your wedding setups? I used wet floral foam for a market stall last season and it kept everything perky for hours.
