Vent: The week I had to fix three different VCRs from 1998

All of them had the same snapped rubber belt, which I finally sourced from a guy in Cleveland for $12. Anyone know a good modern substitute for those specific belts?

Man, that's some serious dedication lol. Honestly, I just use the o-rings from the plumbing section at the hardware store. They're like a buck for a pack and you can usually find one that fits close enough. Not perfect, but it gets the job done when you can't find the real part.
