Bought a $40 laser level for a simple backyard job
It was a total game changer until the neighbor's cat decided it was a new toy. The little red dot had him chasing it right through my fresh post holes. Anyone have a good trick for keeping curious animals off a site?

Cats gonna cat, maybe just let him have his fun. The holes are already messed up anyway.

Totally agree. My cat does the same thing to my favorite blanket. At this point I've just accepted it as part of her charm.

I used to try and stop it, but @susan_chen is right, you just learn to love the weird stuff.
