Three weeks to fix a sleeve pattern that looked fine in the muslin

I spent three weeks trying to figure out why my final dress sleeves were puckering at the armhole. The muslin fit perfectly but the actual fabric kept pulling in a weird way. Turns out I forgot to account for the weight of my rayon fabric compared to the cotton muslin. Has anyone else had a fitting issue show up only after switching to the real fabric?

Wait, @sam_rivera, did you at least catch the lining zipper issue before you finished the whole thing?

Idk, I once spent a week on a zipper that was fine until I put the lining in.
