Rant: I finally gave up on manual extractions for stubborn milia after seeing a client's skin clear in 2 weeks.

I switched her to a daily 8% glycolic acid toner and the results were undeniable. Has anyone else moved away from physical removal for certain conditions?

Consider how much time that saves you per client now.

It can actually add more time up front for me. The setup and learning curve eats into those savings.
