Question about those cheap LED mask kits from online marketplaces

I bought one of those $60 LED mask kits from a random seller on a big online marketplace last month. The ad swore it was medical grade and had the same specs as the $400 clinic models. It arrived looking okay, but after two weeks of use, the lights started flickering badly. I tried different outlets, checked the adapter, nothing fixed it. The seller ghosted me when I asked for a replacement. Now I'm out the money and have a useless piece of plastic. Has anyone found a reliable, budget-friendly brand for at-home LED therapy that actually lasts?

Used to grab those marketplace deals too. Got burned on a red light panel that died after a month. Switched to a brand called Project E Beauty, their mask has held up for almost a year now. Not the absolute cheapest, but way less than clinic prices and it actually works.

That "got burned" part hits home. I see this everywhere now, not just with red light stuff. People chase the lowest price online, get a thing that barely works or breaks fast, then end up buying the decent version anyway. You basically pay twice. The cheap option is often just a very expensive lesson.
