What kinds of puzzles are you doing that help the most? I get that they're good for your brain, but I swear some types just make me feel more scrambled, not sharp. I stick to crosswords because word stuff clicks for me. The logic ones, like Sudoku, just make me zone out and frustrated after a while. It feels like there has to be a sweet spot between a good challenge and total meltdown.
