Can we talk about how much faster a new bender made my conduit runs?
I was still using my old hand bender from 2010 for all my 1/2 inch EMT. Last month, I finally bought one of those newer hydraulic models. The difference is crazy. I bent 50 pieces for a job yesterday, and what used to take me over an hour was done in maybe 20 minutes. The bends are just cleaner and more consistent, no more kinks or weird angles. Has anyone else made a tool switch recently that saved you a ton of time on site?

Totally get that. Upgraded my old corded hammer drill to a newer brushless model last year. The difference in speed driving screws into concrete is night and day. My arm doesn't feel like jelly at the end of the day anymore. Sometimes you don't realize how much a tool is holding you back until you try the new version.

Know exactly what you mean, that jump in speed is a game changer. Felt the same way when I finally swapped out my old hand saw for a newer model last season. @bettyhunt is right too, you just get used to the struggle until you try something better. Really makes you wonder what other old tools are secretly wasting your time every day.
