Vent: My open house last Saturday was a total ghost town
I had an open house in Mill Woods last Saturday from 1-4, and only two people showed up the whole time. One was a neighbor just curious about prices (not buying), and the other was a family who left after 5 minutes saying the basement was too small. Has anyone else had a dead open house like that, or did I just pick a bad location for a weekday event?
