Vent: My kitchen cabinets went from shiny to dull in under 3 months
I used a vinegar and water mix to clean them like my mom always did, and now the finish is completely ruined. Has anyone else had their cabinet coating get wrecked by acidic cleaners?

Your mom was wrong, vinegar is terrible for most cabinet finishes.
