Why does nobody mention how hard border runs get after 3 years abroad?
I thought the 6 hour overnight bus from Medellin to Bucaramanga for my visa stamp would be routine, but hopping out at 3 AM with no cell service and a tired border guard who nearly rejected my paperwork took me a full day to sort out, so has anyone else had a simple renewal turn into a 28 hour headache?
