Wasted 60 bucks on a crappy drawing tablet last month

I saw this no-name tablet on sale for $60 and figured hey it can't be that bad for sketching. First day the pen stopped working in the corner of the screen and by day three the USB cable was already loose. It just sat in my drawer after that because every line I drew looked like a wobbly mess. Has anyone else fallen for one of these cheap tablets or do you have a budget one that actually holds up?

My buddy got one and it snapped in half when he dropped it from desk height.

I think your buddy might be talking about the old AeroPress model, not the new clear one they released last year. I've had my current AeroPress for around 4 years now and I've knocked it off my kitchen counter twice with no cracks. The newer plastic is supposed to be way stronger than the older stuff they used. Maybe your buddy got a counterfeit one or an older batch.
