Had a guy bring his 6.7 Powerstroke in for a rough idle. He'd been cleaning the MAP sensor with brake cleaner for a year.

Gotta use electrical contact cleaner for that, brake cleaner leaves a residue. I mean, it might clean the dirt off but it can mess up the sensor over time. Idk why people think any spray can is fine for electronics, maybe they just grab what's closest. That rough idle is probably the sensor giving bad readings now.
