Rant: I thought password managers were a hassle until my old email got hacked

For years I just reused a few simple passwords, thinking a manager was overkill. Then my old Yahoo account got broken into about six months ago, and someone tried to buy stuff with my saved info. Setting up Bitwarden took maybe 20 minutes, and now I don't have to remember anything. Has anyone else had a close call that finally made them use one?

My buddy was still living that "password123" life @stone.thomas until his Netflix got hijacked last month. He finally switched after that.

My grandpa's kept his passwords on paper for 30 years, no problems.
