A client told me my blowouts were too hot and it made a big difference

A regular client said her hair felt dry and 'fried' after her last few appointments, which was a real wake-up call. I realized I was keeping my dryer on high heat the whole time, trying to get her out the door faster. Now I start with high heat to get the shape, then switch to medium with a cool shot to finish, and her hair feels way better. Has anyone else had a client point out a bad habit you didn't even know you had?

Oh man, that "fried" comment would have made me feel awful too. It's so easy to get stuck in a routine and miss the little stuff. Good on you for listening and changing it up.
