Bought a $200 coffee subscription that was a total letdown

I signed up for a six month plan from a roaster called 'Bean Dream' after seeing their ads everywhere. The first bag was okay, but the next three were so stale I had to throw them out. Has anyone else had a bad run with a subscription service and found a better one?

Maybe your storage is the problem, not the beans.

Are you seriously blaming my airtight containers? They're brand new and kept in a dark cabinet. The beans just taste stale no matter what I do.
