Client told me my chimney photos looked 'amateur' so I ditched the phone and got a used DSLR for $150

She said the soot lines were too washed out to see the cracks, so now I shoot with a cheap Nikon and a ring flash, has anyone else had a customer critique their documentation and change their whole process?

Bro no way lol that reminds me of this time I was at a party and this girl I barely knew just flat out told me my outfit was bad. I was like uh okay thanks I guess? But then she literally walked me to her room and gave me a whole new outfit to wear. I was shocked but honestly she was right because I ended up having a way better night lmao. Sometimes people just tell it like it is and it works out I guess.
