A simple talk changed how I see my work day
I used to think doing the job right was the only thing that counted. Then, a client kept finding fault with every little thing. My buddy told me to try just hearing them out first. We had a meeting where I let them say everything on their mind. After that, the work went without a hitch and they told others about me. Now, I start each new task with a good conversation. It makes things run easier and keeps people coming back.
