My old camping stove just hit 500 meals cooked

I was cleaning my trusty WhisperLite International last night and saw the tally marks I've been making on the fuel bottle sleeve. I started it back in 2012 for a trip in the White Mountains, and it just crossed 500 meals. It's been through everything from snow in Montana to rain in Oregon and still lights on the first try. What's the oldest piece of gear you're still using every season?

That bit about the faded Nalgene measurements is so real. I mean, my old blue one is basically a smooth cylinder now. It got me thinking about this ancient fleece jacket I still pack. It's pilled to hell and the zipper sticks, but it's just the right weight for cool mornings. I swear some of this old stuff just gets better when you stop babying it.

Wow, that's awesome. My old green Nalgene bottle is from my first backpacking trip in 2008. It's covered in duct tape patches and the measurements are totally faded. I still use it for cold overnight trips because it doesn't crack like newer plastic ones. What other gear just won't quit for you?
