Saw something weird at a job site in Phoenix last Tuesday

I was pulling cable through a new build and noticed the homeowner had zip-tied all his low-voltage wires SUPER tight around a roof truss. It looked like it was cutting into the jacket already after just a month. Has anyone else run into people doing their own cable management and making a mess of it?

Oh yeah, I heard somewhere that ignoring small problems early just makes 'em snowball into something way worse down the road. @kelly_coleman61 I think you're right on the money with that.
