Just realized my worst crawl space job was under a pet store in Boise
Found a whole family of possums using my spool of RG6 as a bed, and the owner just shrugged and said 'they're quiet tenants'. Ever had a job where the wildlife was part of the install?

Yeah, had a raccoon nest in a wall once. Just worked around them and sealed up after they left for the night.
