After 15 years of crawling through attics, I finally realized the best way to keep fiberglass out of your clothes is to wear a cheap Tyvek suit backwards.
The zipper in front always snags on something, but with it on your back, you just slide right through those tight spaces without getting hung up.

Absolute genius move. I've shredded so many suits on truss plates and nail points because of that front zipper catching. Wearing it backwards makes you a human slide, just gliding past all the usual snags. The only downside is you look like you got dressed in the dark by someone who hates you. Still, totally worth it for not being itchy for three days straight.
