Swapped my dado stack for a router sled on cabinet doors
Used to cut all my cabinet door panels with a dado stack on the table saw. Took forever to set up and I always got chipout on plywood. About 6 months ago I built a simple router sled out of MDF and some drawer slides I had lying around. Now I can flatten panels and cut precise rabbets in like 10 minutes flat. The finish is way cleaner too, no sanding needed before glue up. Anyone else switch to a router for door panels and never look back?

Do you find the router sled leaves as clean a finish on plywood edges as a sharp dado stack? I've been thinking about trying this myself, but I always worry about tearout on those thin veneer layers. I bet the MDF sled is way more stable than my current jig setup.
