Update: My bujo sleep log showed me the cause of my constant tiredness
I was feeling groggy every morning, so I started logging my sleep in my bujo. I set up a basic page with columns for when I went to bed, when I woke up, and how rested I felt. After a month, I noticed that on days I spent too much time on my laptop at night, my sleep quality dropped. I never made that connection before seeing it written down. Now I shut off screens an hour before bed, and I wake up feeling way better. It's amazing how a simple tracker can point out bad habits you miss. Has anyone else found a similar eye-opener with their bujo? What do you include in your sleep spreads?

My own sleep log lasted a whole three nights before my cat chewed the corner off the page. I feel you, @patricia905. I switched to a tiny sticky note right on my phone case to log bedtime, which shamed me every time I picked it up to scroll.

My sleep log lasted two days before I forgot to fill it in. Apparently my bad habit is starting trackers, not fixing my sleep schedule. What method worked for you to keep it going?
