Tried a new pen for my weekly spread and it bled through three pages

I bought a cheap brush pen from the dollar store last week to try some new lettering. I tested it on a scrap page and it seemed fine, so I used it for my Monday header. The ink soaked right through that page, the next one, and even showed up on the third. Now I have ghosting on three future weekly logs. Anyone know a good brush pen that doesn't bleed on regular notebook paper?

Bleed through my dignity" is such a perfect way to put it. I've got a notebook full of crossed-out thoughts that look like a crime scene. My own handwriting feels like it's judging me half the time, you know? Like the pen itself is laughing at what I'm trying to say.
