Pro tip: I started tracking my water intake in my bujo for a month
I drew a simple 8-glass tracker on my weekly spread and colored it in each day. After 30 days, I realized I was drinking about twice as much water as before, just because I saw the empty boxes. What's the simplest tracker you've added that actually made a big difference?

That exact thing happened to me with a basic sleep tracker. I just drew a line for seven hours on my monthly page and shaded in how much I actually got. Seeing the short bars three nights in a row pushed me to turn off the TV an hour earlier. It’s wild how a little visual proof can change a habit without any extra effort. Your water tracker is a perfect example of that.

Yeah, the visual shame of an empty box is a powerful thing. I tried a fruit and veggie tracker once, just two little circles to color in each day. Turns out my "salad" lunch was mostly croutons and ranch. Seeing those sad, empty circles for a week straight finally got me to actually buy those baby carrots. It's like @ellis.ivan said, that simple proof right in front of you just flips a switch. My fridge looks totally different now.
