A quick heads up about fountain pen ink in your bullet journal

I had a really bad day last month when my whole weekly spread got ruined. I was using a new fountain pen with a nice dark blue ink. I spilled my coffee, and when I tried to wipe it up, the ink ran everywhere. It bled through three pages and made my notes for two client meetings a total mess. I had to redo the whole week in a fresh notebook. Has anyone else had this happen with certain inks? I'm looking for ones that are more water resistant.

Had to redo the whole week" seems a bit much. It's just some smeared notes, not a legal document. Most people would just scribble it out and move on.
