Unpopular take: fiberglass rebar beats steel for foundation work every time

After 6 years laying block in Phoenix, the rust streaks I see on steel-reinforced stems are proof enough, fiberglass just holds up better against the desert salts, has anyone else switched or am I the only one out here?
