Overheard a librarian say 'that binding won't last a decade' about a machine-made hardcover
It made me really think about the long-term quality of my own work. Do you have a go-to method for ensuring a book will hold up for 50+ years?

That's a bit misleading, machine binding can actually last decades with proper care.
