Used to rush through beard trims, now I take 15 minutes minimum on the shape

For the first 3 years cutting I'd do beards in like 5 minutes. Just knock out the bulk and send them out. Then about 6 months ago a guy with a really uneven jawline sat in my chair and I took my time mapping it out. Spent a solid 20 minutes just on the neckline and cheek transitions. He came back 3 weeks later and said it was the best trim he ever got. Now I force myself to slow down on every beard, even the simple ones. Anyone else notice beards look way better when you actually study the face shape first?

Nah, 5 minutes is plenty if you know what you're doing.
