That free CRM trial actually saved my sales pipeline

I was losing leads left and right because my spreadsheet kept crashing during client calls, 3 deals fell through in a month. Then I tried HubSpot's free version just for contact tracking and suddenly my follow-ups stopped falling through the cracks. Has anyone else found a free tool that actually fixed a major workflow problem?

Spent two weeks manually entering contacts into a notebook before I realized there was a free version of anything. Works well but now I have to type everything twice. You using the mobile app too or just desktop?
