Switched to a managed IT provider and our ticket backlog vanished in 3 weeks
We had 47 open tickets sitting around for months with our old vendor. Moved to a company called TechVault Solutions back in February and they cleared the whole list by mid-March. They actually had a real ticketing system instead of just an email folder. Has anyone else seen a big drop in response times after switching providers?

Hold up, did they actually fix the root problems or just close tickets without real solutions?

Three major bugs came back in the next sprint after they marked them as "resolved" without any code changes. I was one of those "just close it" people before that happened.
