My old foreman in Tampa always said to check the ground first on weird electrical gremlins

I spent an hour on a 2018 F-150's flickering dash lights before remembering his advice, and sure enough, it was a corroded chassis ground behind the left front wheel well. Anyone have a favorite method for cleaning and protecting those connections?

Honestly, that old foreman advice can waste time. I've chased a lot of "bad ground" ghosts that turned out to be a failing module or a chafed wire. Sometimes you just need to start testing the circuit.

Oh man, I've been there with a bad ground on my Civic.
