Crossed 200,000 miles on my personal truck without a single timing chain rattle

I've been the only one to work on it since new, sticking to a strict 5,000-mile oil change with full synthetic. It's a 2014 F-150 with the 5.0, and that motor still sounds like a sewing machine. Anyone else have a personal vehicle hit a big number while staying this quiet?

Honestly, that's just showing off. My truck hit 200k and the whole dash sounds like a maraca full of spare bolts. You've clearly got some kind of dark oil change ritual going on. I'm half convinced you change the oil every other Tuesday by moonlight.

Ever feel like some vehicles just decide to run forever out of pure spite? My old sedan made it to 250k sounding like a bag of hammers, but it refused to die just to prove a point. Some machines are just built different, I guess.
