Hit 50 hail damage repairs in one week last Tuesday and my arms still ache from all that hammering
A big hailstorm rolled through downtown Denver and suddenly I had 12 cars lined up outside my shop by Wednesday morning, so I pulled two all-nighters to keep up and somehow that 50th door panel came out perfectly straight, has anyone else ever had a week that wild?

Remember that most hail damage claims don't actually need full panel hammering, a lot of paintless dent repair guys use special tools to push dents out from inside the panel. You might be working way harder than you have to if you're just hammering everything. Maybe look into PDR tools and techniques, could save your arms from all that wear and tear.

Have you tried the glue pulling method too? I've been doing PDR for about 6 years now and honestly, for bigger dents you still need some hammer work but the rods and glue tabs save me hours of labor. A good set of knock down tools and a glue puller setup will cost you under 200 bucks and pay for itself in one job.
