Question about sticking to a morning walk routine
I finally got myself to walk every morning for three weeks straight after failing for months. It started when I just forced myself out the door even when I didn't want to. Now I look forward to seeing the sunrise and hearing the birds, it's so peaceful. My energy levels are way better, and I even saved some money since I'm not buying coffee out as much. This tiny win has really boosted my mood on tough days. Does anyone have tricks for not falling off the wagon with new habits? I'd love to hear what works for you guys.

Three weeks is solid, but isn't it a bit early to worry about falling off?

My dog Bruno demands a 6 AM walk every day, rain or shine. It's less about habit and more about avoiding his judgmental stare.

Used to think dogs could learn to sleep in. My old lab would nudge me at 7, and I'd ignore him. Then I saw that look, the one @michael_fisher55 mentioned with Bruno. My dog's eyes would follow me, full of quiet blame. Now I'm up at dawn, leash in hand, no questions asked. That stare is a powerful motivator.
