Tbh, the threads on management styles in shows are kinda making me rethink my own boss. Never thought cartoon arguments would hit so close to home.

Honestly I think we just see patterns where we want to. Like @diana_flores25 said, sometimes a show just gets in your head. My boss is just a guy, not some character.
