Just blew $40 on a roll of expired film that was completely fogged

Picked up a 5-pack of Kodak Gold 200 from a guy on Craigslist for cheap, but every single shot came out with this weird pink haze over it. Anyone else ever get burned by expired film deals you thought were a steal?

A guy I know spent $60 on a "mystery box" of vintage glass at an estate sale and every single lens had fungus inside. It's the same pattern I see everywhere now. People are basically paying a premium for the thrill of a gamble. The seller knew exactly what they were doing and bet you'd rather eat the loss than haggle over Craigslist messages for a week. I hate to say it but faded film or not, you paid for the story more than the pictures.
