This one clinic in Tacoma changed how I handle my paperwork load

I was helping out at a community health clinic in Tacoma last week and noticed their front desk used a simple color-coded folder system for every patient chart. Each color meant a different follow-up needed, so no one had to read through everything to find what was urgent. Do any of your clinics do something like this, or do you still dig through notes for every patient?

Wait, they color-code the folders but still use paper charts? That's wild to me, I figured every clinic was fully digital by now. It's honestly kind of genius though, a quick glance at the rack and you know exactly who needs a call back or a lab order without opening a single file. Maybe the old ways have some life left in them after all.
