Warning: my air fryer basket warped after one hot water rinse, do you baby yours or just toss it in the sink?
Mine bent just enough last Tuesday that the drawer won't slide smooth anymore, and I'm seeing folks say you should hand wash only with warm water while others swear cold water on a hot basket is the whole reason it twisted. So do I baby the next one or is a warped basket just part of owning these things?

Wait, cold water on a hot basket is what does it?! I've been doing that exact thing for months because I figured the fast cool down was fine. Mine hasn't twisted yet but now I'm sitting here staring at it like it's gonna pop any second. So the move is to just let it cool down on its own before it ever touches water?
