TIL my coworker thinks air fryer salmon is gross, but I love it. Is it a texture thing or just personal taste?

Ever overcook salmon in an air fryer? I did that once and it was like eating cardboard. My roommate thought all air fryer food was nasty after that. But then I tried a lower temperature and it turned out perfect. Now I'm hooked, but I get why some people might hate it if they've had a bad experience. Texture is huge with fish, you know?

Isn't cook time just as key as temp?

Used to just wing the timer but ruined meals, now I set it religiously and it makes all the difference.
