My neighbor said my air fryer chicken was 'dry as cardboard' last week.

Honestly, I was just cooking it at 400 for 20 minutes like the recipe said. She told me to try 375 for 25 minutes and let it rest for 5 after, and it came out way juicier. What's one piece of cooking advice that actually fixed a recipe for you?

Ever notice how the best fixes are just small adjustments? That chicken thing is a perfect example, where one tiny change in time or temp makes the whole dish work. It's like the difference between a good house and a great one is just a few smart tweaks.

Sage is right, it's all about the small tweaks.

My grandma taught me to salt eggplant slices and let them sit for an hour before cooking. It draws out the bitter moisture and stops them from being soggy. That one step changed eggplant parmesan for me completely.
