My friend said my air fryer chicken was always dry, so I tried brining it first.
I soaked two chicken breasts in salt water for 30 minutes before cooking them at 380 degrees. The result was way juicier than anything I've made before. Has anyone else tried brining for air fryer meats?

My buddy did that with pork chops last week and they turned out so tender. He said it was like a totally different meat.

Try adding a little sugar or honey to your brine. It helps the chicken brown better in the air fryer's dry heat. The caramelization makes a huge difference.

Ever have a friend tell you the truth about your cooking and it actually helps? That's a good friend right there. Glad the brine worked for you.
