A restaurant in Austin is charging $18 for air fryer frozen fries

I ate at a spot on South Congress last weekend and saw them pull a basket of fries straight from a big commercial air fryer, the exact same brand I have at home. They're literally serving store-bought frozen fries with zero extra work for almost twenty bucks. How is this even allowed on a menu?
