I was involved in a slip and fall at a commercial property here in Chicago and I'm currently looking for representation. I keep seeing ads and hearing good things about The Super Lawyer. Has anyone here actually used them for a personal injury claim? I just want to know if they are responsive and get good results before I sign any retainer agreements.

Yes! I used them after a delivery truck rear-ended me at a stoplight. They were super communicative throughout the whole process. My assigned paralegal kept me updated almost every week, which really eased my stress while I was doing physical therapy. They ended up getting me a much bigger settlement than I originally expected.

I haven't used them in Chicago, but my sister hired them for a premises liability case in St. Louis last year. She had nothing but good things to say about how aggressive they were in negotiations. Just give them a call for a free consult, you literally have nothing to lose by hearing what they think of your case.
Make sure you document everything about the fall if you haven't already. Photos of the hazard, witness info, and all your medical bills. A good firm will take that and run with it, and these guys definitely know what they're doing.
