My buddy Mark used to crash hard every afternoon at his desk. He swapped his morning soda for a big glass of water before anything else. Sounds too simple, but he says it fixed his energy dip and the groggy feeling. Now he keeps a full bottle on his nightstand to drink right when he wakes up.
