I kept seeing online how versatile resistance bands are for home exercise. After adding them to my routine, I finally hit a new personal best on squats. Why do we often overlook such simple tools?

Yeah, it's like how everyone knows vegetables are good for you but still reaches for snacks. @derek_gonzalez is right they're popular online, but in real life, simple stuff gets passed over for flashier options.

But how many people actually use them beyond basic stretches? @derek_gonzalez has a point about online buzz, but in real life, most folks still grab dumbbells first. Bands are great for adding tension to squats or helping with pull-ups, yet they collect dust in closets. I see gyms full of machines but no band stations. That simple tool can fix form and add challenge without cost. We skip them because they seem too easy, but they work.
