Months of steady home workouts with barely any change left me stuck
I followed a plan with just push-ups, squats, and lunges for over five months. Each week felt the same, and my body looked almost identical. Waiting for visible results tested my willpower more than the exercises. Friends who go to the gym saw changes faster, which made me doubt my method. Now I'm unsure if I should try new moves or adjust my schedule. Has anyone dealt with a long stretch like this at home? How did you finally start seeing difference?

So were you doing the exact same number of push-ups and squats each session, or did you have a plan to actually increase the reps or add difficulty over those months? Like, our bodies adapt fast if the challenge stays the same.
