DAE notice the shift towards high-intensity home workouts neglecting proper recovery practices?

Skipping cooldowns is a fast track to injury, not progress.

Exactly, that "fast track to injury" line hits home. Seeing what happened with @the_leo's cousin shows it's a widespread problem, not just individual carelessness. Our whole culture is obsessed with the grind and the burn, treating rest and mobility work like it's optional instead of the foundation. People are chasing quick results from these intense programs but skipping the essential recovery practices, like proper cooldowns and sleep, that actually let the body adapt and get stronger.

My own laziness with cooldowns left me hobbling around for a month.

Didn't my cousin learn the hard way after skipping post-workout stretches?
